  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Product prices, discounts, bundles, and promotional offers may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of clear errors.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or communicated during order confirmation.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. We may cancel orders containing incorrect, incomplete, or unauthorised payment details.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently deliver within Pakistan.

Orders below Rs.2,500 have a flat Rs.100 delivery charge. Orders of Rs.2,500 or more qualify for free delivery, based on the final order subtotal after discounts.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days for major cities and 5–7 working days for remote or less-accessible areas.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, security situations, incorrect customer details, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, our products are non-returnable and non-refundable after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or contains an incorrect product, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the order details and reasonable photographic or video evidence.

After verification, an eligible affected product will be replaced according to our Return and Replacement Policy:
