Delivery Coverage
Moringa Pakistan currently delivers orders across Pakistan. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Shipping Charges
• Orders below Rs.2,500: Flat delivery charge of Rs.100
• Orders of Rs.2,500 or more: Free delivery
The free-delivery limit is calculated using the final order subtotal after any discounts have been applied.
Estimated Delivery Time
• Major cities: 3–5 working days
• Remote or less-accessible areas: 5–7 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, security situations, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and an active phone number. Moringa Pakistan will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Our team or delivery partner may contact you to confirm your order or delivery details.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking information will be shared when available. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our team or courier partner may contact you to arrange another attempt.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number, clear photographs, and a short video of the issue where available. Verified claims will be handled according to our Return and Replacement Policy.
